Where can I pick up my supplies? (Tape, boxes, stickers)

You can pick up your supplies at Vital Vittles. We will be operational only at this location between May 17th through May 19th between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.

If I opted to drop off my items, where do I leave them?

You can drop off your items from May 17th through May 19th from 12:00pm until 3:00pm in Vital Vittles.

What day can I purchase and/or drop off items by?

The last day to drop off your items if you paid Late-drop off is May 19th until 3:00pm.

What is Presession Storage?

May 2018 - Early June 2018 (End of Classes to beginning of 1st Summer Session/beginning of summer leases) You can pick up your items any day starting June 1st and ending June 5th.

Can I purchase storage supplies and not store with Corp Storage?

 Yes, even though we are sad you aren’t storing with us, we have boxes and tape for you! It's $3 for a small box, $4 for a medium box, $6 for a large box, and $3 for tape. These can be purchased in person in Bulldog Alley or the Reynolds Seminar room.

What if I am storing a bike?

 If you are storing a bike you will need to drop it off on either May 5th, May 8th, or May 11th between 1pm-3pm at the Reynolds Seminar Room

 Summer : May 2018 - August 2018
Summer+Fall : May 2018 - January 2019
Pre-Session : May 2018 - June 5, 2018 (End of Classes to beginning of 1st Summer Session)
First Session : May 2018 - July 10, 2018 (End of Classes to beginning of 2nd Summer Session)
First Session Remainder : July 7, 2018 - August 2018 (End of 1st Session to end of Summer)
Second Session Remainder : August, 11 2018 - August 2018 (End of 2nd Session to end of Summer)
Summer Session Remainder + Fall : July/August 2018 - January 2019

What are the dimensions of your Corp Boxes?

Large Corp Box: (4.5 cubic feet, 24”x18”x18”)
Medium Corp Box: (3.1 cubic feet, 18''x18''x16'')
Small Corp Box: (2.7 cubic feet, 16''x12.75''x12.75'')

 
If I do not need to pick up boxes, do I still need stickers?

YES! Every item needs its own set of stickers. Please stop by one of our locations to get your stickers.

 
If I am studying abroad, can I purchase storage for that time frame?

We know how much Georgetown students love and gain from studying abroad. We structure our storage plans so there are a lot of options from which to choose, so storing your things does not need to be a hassle as you get prepared for your abroad semester! We offer Fall Study abroad storage, and full year study abroad storage. Further, if you are taking classes or working in DC the summer before you study abroad, you are able to store boxes from the end of your summer session until you come back home to the hilltop! Check out our pricing for more details on exact prices of these storage options. What are the item return dates for each storage option?

We plan to return Summer 2018 and Year-Long 2018-19 storage early pickups between August 20th-23rd. Regular pickups will be returned from August 26 until August 30. Fall Study Abroad will be returned at the beginning of second semester in early January 2019 and Full-Year storage will be returned at the start of the next school year in August 2019. All dates are tentative and subject to change.

 
What form of payments do you accept?

We take all credit cards. If you’d like to use a Corp gift card please email storage-help@thecorp.org and we can process your order separately.

 
I’ve been having trouble placing an order with my credit card. What should I do?

What is a Non-Corp Box?

A Non-Corp Box is any item cardboard box that does not have the Corp logo on it.

What is a Non Boxed Item?

Any item that is not in a cardboard box. This can be bins, chairs, mattress pads, etc. Any non-boxed items that require more than one person to lift would be considered a "Jumbo Item"

What is a Jumbo Non-Corp Box?

An Item that needs more than one person to carry. If you are storing bins, more than three stacked bins is a Jumbo Non-Corp Box.

 
What are the weight limits for boxes?

We are strong…but not that strong. For a small Corp box the weight limit is 50lbs., for a large Corp box the weight limit is 55 lbs., and for a regular non-Corp box or fridge it is 70 lbs.
