Can I purchase storage supplies and not store with Corp Storage?

Yes, even though we are sad you aren’t storing with us, we have boxes and tape for you! It's $3 for a small box, $4 for a large box, $5 for an extra large box, and $2 for tape. These can be purchased in person in Bulldog Alley or the Reynolds music room.

What number should be placed on the side of my boxes?

You should receive a confirmation email after you purchase storage with us! Write your customer number provided in the email and your last name on each of the four stickers (per box) given to you when you picked up supplies. Place one sticker on each side of your box(es). The top of your box does NOT need a sticker.

If I am studying abroad, do I need to pay for both summer and study abroad storage?

We know how much Georgetown students love and gain from studying abroad. We structure our storage plans so there are a lot of options from which to choose, so storing your things does not need to be a hassle as you get prepared for your abroad semester! We offer Fall Study abroad storage, and full year study abroad storage. Further, if you are taking classes or working in DC the summer before you study abroad, you are able to store boxes from the end of your summer session until you come back home to the hilltop! Check out our pricing for more details on exact prices of these storage options. We hope you a fantastic time abroad!

What are the item return dates for each storage option?

We plan to return Summer 2017 and Year-Long 2016-17 storage early pickups on August 21. Regular pickups will be returned from August 27 until August 31 at 6pm. Fall Study Abroad will be returned at the beginning of second semester in early January 2018 and Full-Year storage will be returned at the start of the next school year in August 2018. All dates are tentative and subject to change.

What form of payments do you accept?

We take all credit cards. If you’d like to use cash or a Corp gift card please email and we can process your order separately.

I’ve been having trouble placing an order with my credit card. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Please email describing what happened and we will take care of it!

What is a Non-Corp Box?

A Corp box is a PERFECT square or rectangular box you get when you buy storage from Corp Storage and it is marked with the Corp logo. Everything else (such as a suitcase or a plastic bin) is a non-corp box. Storing a Corp box is cheaper than storing a Non-Corp box.

What is a Jumbo Non-Corp Box?

An Item that needs more than one person to carry. If you are storing bins, more than three stacked bins is a Jumbo Non-Corp Box.

What are the weight limits for boxes?

We are strong…but not that strong. For a small Corp box the weight limit is 50lbs., for a large Corp box the weight limit is 55 lbs., and for a regular non-Corp box or fridge it is 70 lbs.

I read everything and I'm still confused! Help!

That’s understandable! We think about storing boxes a lot more than your average students. If you still have any questions, reach out to and we will try to help you as soon as possible!
