Studying abroad during the spring semester? Let the Corp store your stuff. This year, you can purchase you contracts online without ever leaving your dorm! Here’s how:

In April:

• Beginning in mid April, log onto http://www.corpstorage.org to customize your contract.
• When you’re ready, finalize your purchase.
• Come to McShain Lounge in McCarthy Hall or Bulldog Alley in the Leavey Center to pick up your free Corp boxes.
• Pack your boxes. Check out our packing tips.
• Defrost all refrigerators and make sure that they are empty! The Corp reserves the right to refuse to store your fridge if it’s leaking!
• Write your last name, contract number and term-of-storage stickers on all the items you are storing.
• Corpies will come by your dorm at a specified time on the days you select online. Those days will be listed at corpstorage.org on the right side of the page. Please be ready with your boxes on thsoe days. If you cannot, please bring your boxes to McShain Lounge.

In August:

Pick up your items from the distribution site during the specified times, TBD.

• Bring your contract and a photo ID with you in order to pick up your boxes.
• If you cannot pick up boxes on this date, you may give written authorization to someone to pick them up for you. You must also make sure they have your contract and a photo ID.
• Dollies and hand trucks will not be provided. Please make arrangments to reserve move-in carts through the Georgetown University Office of Housing Services. Corp staff members will be available throughout the day to assist you. If you use a Corpie, remember to tip!
• Fines will be assessed for overweight boxes at this time. The charge is $1 per lb over 55 lbs for a large Corp box, 50 lbs for a small Corp box, and 70 lbs for a non-Corp box.
• There is a $25 PER DAY PER BOX fee if you do not pick up your boxes on the assigned dates.
