The Corp donated over $35,000 last year back to the Georgetown community through scholarships, event sponsorships, campus activism, and our "Re-Imagining Georgeown" grants in collaboration with The Hoya. The Corp's Philanthropy Committee is charged with evaluating funding proposals of up to $500. Any Georgetown student or organization (including those not recognized by the university) can submit a funding proposal to The Corp.

The Corp has supported a variety of campus events over the past year, including material support for Hilltop Consultants' Business Case Challenge Competition and STAND's Darfur Conference and financial support for Hoyathon and the Gospel Choir's spring concert. The Corp also underwrote the first annual Run for Rigby, a 5K run through the Georgetown neighborhood in memory of Daniel Rigby, a student killed in a townhouse fire last year, as part of the Reimagining Georgetown grant.
